I design thoughtful products that help people work safer and smarter.
I believe a well-designed product or service is a balance between form and user experience. In today’s service-centered economy, it is often not enough to have a standalone product. Consumers want products and interactions they can relate to. The quality of physical interactions is no longer enough to sell products. The emotions our interactions generate with a product also play a role in how highly we perceive the overall quality of a product. Any interaction a user has must be considerate to the specific needs of the customer without compromising the function and identity of the product and brand.
The key to designing a successful product is nested within detailed studies of how the users feel while they interact with the product and how the overall design of the product affects the user experience.
